課程概述 |
One of the aims of this course is to examine the impact of diversity management on employment law in Japan. It focuses on five dimensions of diversity: gender, race/ethnicity, disability, age, and religion and belief.
The other aim is to understand the contents of Workstyle Reforms strongly promoted by Japanese Government in 2018.
The course will be composed of ; 1. Labor Contract, 2. Freedom to Conclude Contract, 3. Male and Female Equality in Employment, 4. Fixed-Term Workers, 5. Part-Time Workers, 6. Wages, 7. Working Hours and Rest Periods, 8. Overtime and Rest-Day Work, 9. Annual Paid-Leave, 10. Safety and Health, 11. Protection of Women and Minors, 12. Workers’ Accident Compensation, 13. Enterprise Order and Discipline, 14. Promotions and Demotions, 15. Transfers and Farming out, 16. Suspension of Employment, 17. Termination and Dismissal, 18. Collective Labor Relations.
